This service aims to regulate bankruptcy procedures in accordance with the Saudi Bankruptcy Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/50) of 1439H, in a manner that safeguards the rights of all parties involved and provides the establishment with an opportunity for restructuring or a safe market exit.
